Council (USGBC). A Fort Myers, Florida native,
Adams graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in
building construction from the University of Florida.
Adams currently holds a state of Florida general
contractor’s license and a real estate agent license.

Miller Construction in 1994, and has held various
management positions over the years. In her new role,
she will be responsible for strengthening existing
client relationships and developing new business in the

construction for Stevens Construction Inc., has earned
his Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) from the
American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), a
subsidiary of the American Hospital Association.
Hernly’s certification is valid for three years
and demonstrates his understanding and knowledge of the
latest compliance issues in health care construction and
the expectations of owners, staff and patients.

divisions. Wolf received his Executive MBA from

where he was involved with all construction and
development planning at the State and Congressional
levels.

Neil L. Hammack To Lead Healthcare operations

Hammack has joined Moss &
Associates to lead its expansion in the healthcare
market. As vice president–healthcare,
Hammack will be based in
Tampa, with statewide responsibilities. He will focus
on healthcare facilities such as hospitals, medical
offices and long-term care institutions, as well as life
science laboratories, and will oversee Moss’ other Tampa
Bay commercial operations. Hammack
earned a bachelor of building construction degree from
the University of Florida, and has completed several
leadership, safety and business development programs.
